What we do
Because progress needs all three.
Movement, nutrition, and recovery — one integrated plan, not three disconnected services.

“Patrick is more than a trainer. He will change your life.”
About
Meet Patrick.
Growing up I was always active in sport, but by my teenage years I was dealing with depression, chronic fatigue, and skin issues no one could quite explain. Fixing my diet didn’t just clear my skin — it changed everything else too. That’s what led me to start Euphonic Health.
I’m a Level 3 certified personal trainer (Active IQ) — but most of what I know comes from over 20 years spent obsessively studying movement, bodyweight and gymnastic-ring training, and nutrition, testing it on myself long before I started coaching professionally six years ago.
Testimonials
What clients say
“Unusual for a PT, Patrick doesn’t take on just anyone — his reputation is based on his clients succeeding. Professional and experienced, he’ll customise a programme unique to you… If health and fitness is important to you, you’ll want to invest with the best. Patrick is your man.”
“His expertise and genuine enthusiasm for fitness made every workout session a blast… The nutritional advice he provided has been invaluable in achieving my fitness milestones — it was the big thing previously missing, unknowingly holding me back.”
“He goes above and beyond the call of duty because he genuinely cares and wants you to excel. Cannot recommend enough — if you want to learn from the best, he’s the best.”
Who this is for
This isn’t for everyone — and that’s the point.
I coach a small number of clients directly, myself — no assistant trainers, no templated plans.
That means I’m genuinely selective about who I take on, because a programme only works if I can give it real attention. If you’re ready to commit and follow through, I want to work with you.
Coached by Patrick, directly
Every session and plan comes from me — never handed off to an assistant.
No cookie-cutter programmes
Your plan is built around your goals, not copied from a template.
Built for people who’ll commit
I only have so many hours each week, so I prioritise clients who are serious and follow through.

Pricing
Simple pricing. No surprises.
Every plan means direct access to Patrick — the same coach, every session, no substitutes.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Want to know more? Here are answers to the questions we hear most.
Getting started
None. I coach complete beginners and seasoned athletes the same way — meeting you where you’re at and building from there.
Whatever you’ve got. A full home gym, a couple of resistance bands, or nothing at all — I’ll build your programme around it.
No. I design every programme around wherever you actually train — home, outdoors, or a gym.
A mobile-friendly PDF, so you can pull up your workouts, track progress, and message me from wherever you are.
Only for in-person coaching or one-off in-person sessions. Online coaching and nutrition coaching are built to work with you from anywhere.
Outdoors, in Glasgow. Training is built around bodyweight and gymnastic-ring work, so sessions happen outside rather than in a gym.
You send me your check-in by email or WhatsApp each week, whichever’s easier, and I use it to track your progress and adjust your programme.
Training
Functional, bodyweight and gymnastic-ring-based training that carries over into daily life, not just the gym. Form and technique come first, and you’re progressed at a pace that’s challenging but never reckless.
Typically 3–5, depending on your goals, recovery, and schedule. I factor in your energy, stress, and sleep when planning intensity, not just what looks good on paper.
In most cases, yes. Every client completes a PAR-Q at the start so I can assess it properly. From there I’ll programme around the injury while it heals, or build you back up safely afterwards.
Nutrition
Yes — it’s a standalone option. I build sustainable plans around your actual goals, whether that’s energy, weight management, or performance, and I explain the reasoning so it sticks after coaching ends.
A personalised plan plus ongoing education — I want you to understand why something works, not just follow instructions. That’s what makes it last.
Pricing & commitment
4 months minimum, which is typically what it takes to see real results. Longer-term options are available if that suits your goals better.
One hour, fully tailored to what you need — refining technique, working through a sticking point, or just a push. No commitment beyond that session.
Fair concern. In practice, nobody’s left the programme early yet. If you want to test the waters first, book a few individual sessions before committing to a block — or just email or call me directly to talk it through.
Yes — online and in-person coaching are billed monthly rather than as a lump sum. Individual sessions are the one exception, paid upfront since they’re one-off.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. For monthly coaching, a late cancellation or no-show means that session is forfeited rather than rescheduled. For one-off individual sessions, which are paid in advance, late cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded. If something genuinely comes up last-minute, get in touch — I’d rather know than have you not show.
